30% of seats are filled through Common Entrances test conducted by Private Managements Association (COMED-K) and 25% by Management Quota, all by merit.
Please note that only students who are domicile of Karnataka for seven years or more can give CET whereas both Karnataka and Non-Karnataka Students can appear for COMED-K Entrance Exam.
B-Tech Admission in RV College of Engineering eligibility criteria: (10+2) or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/Biotechnology, Language and any other subject. He/ She should have scored a minimum of 45%. All reserved category students have a 5% relaxation in the minimum aggregate.
Appearance in any one of the Entrance Exam is mandatory for any student seeking admission in RVCE. Admission in RV College of Engineering is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria. Admission in RVCE through AIEEE Counselling is not available.

RV College of Engineering Fee Structure
RV College of Engineering Fee Structure is decided as per the guidance of Government of Karnataka. Students taking admission in RV College of Engineering through Management Quota or through COMED-K Entrance Exam have to pay approximately Rs.1,45,000 per year as tuition fee and Rs 21,000 towards other Musaceous fees.
