Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engg (RVCE) is a private technical co-educational Institute located in B’lore, Karnataka, India. Established in 1963, R.V.C.E has 11 departments in Engg, one school in architecture, and a Master of Computer Applications department. It is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. The undergraduate courses are granted academic autonomy by the university.

Eligibility:

PUC Students:

The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Science and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 45%.
The candidate must have a valid score in any of these KCET/ JEE-MAIN/ COMED-K entrance examinations to get into RV Institute of Engg, Bangalore.

Diploma Holders:

Diploma Holders in Engg with a minimum of 50% marks in the final examination, conducted by the Board of Technical Examination, Government of Karnataka or its equivalent, are eligible for entry to the corresponding branch of Second Year B.E.
Candidates must take the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) conducted by the CET Cell, Govt. of Karnataka. Seats will be allotted during the centralized counselling process conducted by the CET Cell.

NRI & Foreign Students:
Entrance to B.E shall be open to NRI / Foreign candidates who have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination recognized by AIU with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Electronics / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study. Students must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
