As per the RNS Institute of Technology admission 2024 guidelines, most of the institutes under VTU, follow the same criteria; of admitting students, based on their scores in the 10+2 pattern and through entrance tests such as KCET, JEE Main, COMEDK UGET, and similar such examinations. Qualifying tests like PGCET and/or GATE are mandatory for admissions to postgraduate engineering courses. Getting an AIU is a prerequisite for non-Indian board students.

- For Management Quota – To be eligible, a minimum aggregate of 70% is required in Mathematics and Science in your 10th standard. Also, a minimum of 65% is needed in Physics and Mathematics separately in your 12th standard. For PG, you should have pursued B.E or B.Tech with a minimum score of 50%, along with a valid GATE score. SC and ST candidates are given 45% as the relaxed aggregate marks.
- For Direct Admission – You must have a valid score in the JEE Main exam to be eligible for an RNS Institute of Technology direct-admission slot booking. Online application has to be filled out. As per 2024 to 2024 updates, the hostel fee at RNSIT for all new admission is INR 80,000 as fixed charges. But you should pay INR 33,250 in addition to Mess Advance, which includes the admission fee, Mess Deposit, Insurance, and GST. So, you must pay INR 1,13,250. DD is to be taken in the favour of

The students who want to use the college transport should submit transport request form along with a photo at the beginning of every academic year, as per the time line given by college transport authorities.
