The students scoring more than or equivalent to JEE Main cutoff marks along with scoring a minimum of 75% of marks in their Class 12 board exams (65% for Reserved Category candidates) will be considered as qualified for getting admission in NIT through JEE Main, by participating in the centralized counselling procedure conducted by JoSAA.

Admission Criteria for Colleges

Importance of class 12th Marks in deciding JEE Main cutoff 2022: From the year 2017 onwards, no importance was given to class 12th marks while calculating the JEE Main cutoff scores.
