College Summary:

Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Engineering was established by Dr. Patangrao Kadam in 1983. BVUCOEP is constituent unit of BVDU (Deemed to be University). Which has been Accredited to A+ grade in its third Cycle by ‘NAAC’ in 2017 (BVDU accredited to Grade ‘A’ in 2004 and 2011). The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has accredited programmes of BVUCOEP in 2018, 2012 and 2005. BVUCOEP ranked among top 100 Engg Institutes of India continuously for three years by NIRF, MHRD, and Govt. of India. Ranked 83rd at National Level by NIRF 2018. Vision of BVDU (Deemed to be University) is “To be world class University for Social Transformation through Dynamic Education”.

Eligibility to join B.Tech Programmed:

The candidate seeking admittance B.Tech Programme should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other examination equivalent to 10+2 or HSC examination of any recognized Board/ University from any school/college situated in India.

Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates of Schedule Castes / Schedule Tribes categories and Persons with Disability) in the above subjects taken together.

Passed Diploma in Engg & Technology from AICTE approved institution and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks, in case of Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribes categories and Persons with Disability)”

At the time of counselling, candidates are requested to submit the following documents in original. Failure to do so will result in instantaneous cancellation of your claim for admittance. Two photocopies of each document is also expected along with the original copy.

Campus and Facilities:

Health Services: All forms of health services are available at the College campus. The Campus has four hospitals, two of Allopathy, including a dental hospital, and one each of Ayurveda and Homeopathy. The main hospital of Allopathy is located near to the campus. This hospital has a multidisciplinary OPD and IPD with super specialty services. An 850 bedded attached tertiary care Bharati Hospital. It has well equipped and modern critical care facilities like the, ICU, NICU and PICU. It also has a very modern and state of the art operation theatre and all the diagnostic facilities like CT scan, MRI, mammography etc. are available. Hostel: We being an equal opportunity institution, provide hostel facility to our students on first come first serve basis. Each student is provided with a cot, a chair, a table, a tube light and a locker.
