RVU does not discriminate based on ethnicity, colour, religion, sex, disability, age, or any factors other than academic matters. The University considers the past academic performance/ merit and equity as the guiding principles for admission in the various programmers of the University.

Indian & International Students

Eligibility

10+2 or equivalent (CBSE, I SC, IB, Cambridge, State Boards and other Govt. recognized boards) with minimum aggregate marks of 60%

GCE/IGCSE/GCSE examinations of the approved British Examination Bodies, with Minimum 5 (Five) subjects in A, B, C Grades including English at ORDINARY (“0”) Level and 2/3 subjects at ADVANCED (“A”) LEVEL has been equated with +2 stage qualification.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Courses — Candidates should secure 24 points with a minimum of three subjects at Higher Level (HL) and three subjects at Standard Level (SL).

Option 1:

RVSAT is a national-level entrance exam for all UG and PG programmes.

Selection letter issued

Subjected to fulfilment of eligibility and admission criteria

Programmed Registration

On receipt of registration fee as specified in the selection letter

Issued upon completion of the selection procedure

B-Tech Admission process and fee details through KEA/CET/Govt Quota

STEP 1: Document Verification Process

Seat Allotment Order obtained from KEA and receipt for fee paid to KEA to be submitted.
Report at Front desk, Administrative Block, RVU.
Collect token for document verification.
Verification of documents by admission team at administrative block RVU.
Submit originals and 3 sets of photocopies to admission team and proceed to online entry.

STEP 2: Online entry to SLCM

Please bring soft copy (in pen drive /mail) of the 10th, II PUC/ any equivalent, Aadhar card, TC, Migration certificate (Note: all images should be less than 150kb in PDF format) and passport size photographs (100kb in jpeg format).
After successful completion of the application form, the candidate & parent must affix their signatures on the hard copy of the same.
Application form will be approved for candidature.

STEP 3: Collect the acknowledgement and fee-receipt

Submit the application form and DD to the finance office at administrative block RVU and collect the receipt for the fee paid.
Finally, obtain the acknowledgement for the submitted from the admission office, RVU.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.

Original Seat allotment Order issued by KEA.
Originals of 10th & 12th Marks Cards.
Original Transfer Certificate.
If the student has qualified other than PU BOARD of Karnataka (PUC), then, they must compulsorily submit Original Migration Certificate.
If a seat is claimed under category, then they must submit relevant category /Income/Rural/Kannada Medium/Hyderabad Karnataka / Sports / NCC/ Defense / J&K resident certificate, others.
Photocopy of student Aadhar card
Photocopy of PAN card and Aadhar card of parent.
3 sets of photocopy copies of the documents mentioned in the serial number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
SUBMIT 5 Recent color passport size photographs & 2 Stamp size photographs.
