The marking system includes the cumulative grade point average (CGPA). The system is divided in such a way that nobody is stressed out at the end of the day yet it is effective and has a long lasting impact on the students. CGPA is just a number and more emphasis is laid on how well a person can apply whatever they learn. Therefore academics wise M.I.T can be rated very much satisfactory.
