R. V. College of Engineering was established in the year 1963; the Campus is spread over an area of 16 acres, and it currently offers 15 undergraduate programmes in Engineering and 21 Master’s Degree programmes. RSST (Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust) runs this institution, it is a non-profit trust. RSST runs more than 25 institutions, and R. V. It’s common to hear management quota described by parents as a “backdoor,” but legally it is a quota reserved for a portion of seats where the college manages admissions within education authority regulations. Reasons institutions use management quota include:

Eligibility criteria to get direct admission in RVCE 2026
The minimum eligibility criteria for pursuing B.E and getting direct admission to R. V. College of Engineering are as follows:

- In 11th, he/she must have acquired a minimum of 65% marks in both Mathematics and Physics separately.

RV College of Engineering Infrastructure
R.V. College of Engineering is spread over 16.85 acres, and lifts and ramps in every department have been provided by the Campus to help the differently-abled and sick students. Almost all the classrooms of the college are provided with multimedia projectors as well as internet facilities. Along with that, every academic block on the Campus has secured Wi-Fi connectivity.
The Food Court of the college is spread over 500 square meters, and it is designed to cater to more than 1000 students and staff. A college canteen is a place where students gather not only to have food but also to exchange opinions and thoughts.
